Mr. Sebastian Grimaldos has an extensive track record advising corporations, financial institutions and governments in M&A, Project Finance, restructuring and capital markets (DCM & ECM) in Latin America. He has been Head of Capital Markets of La Haus, best Startup Proptech 2022, and Vice-President of the Andean Region of Corporate Finance for Deloitte. Mr. Grimaldos has held different positions in important banks in the region, Banco de Crédito del Perú and Itaú, where he has participated in multiple transactions in industries such as Real Estate, Infrastructure, Energy, Transportation, Utilities, Telecommunications and Mining, among others. Additionally, he worked as an economic consultant for the United Nations.

Mr. Grimaldos holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad del Rosario, Colombia. He has studies at the Fundação Getulio Vargas, Brazil, and at the Universidad de Chile. He has been kitesurfing for several years in different spots around the world.
