Rimas has enjoyed an extensive career in the Canadian banking sector. His experience in capital markets spans across the infancy of many derivative product beginnings – commodities (oil/gas), equities and forex. Rimas has also worked in Treasury of a major Canadian bank managing interest rate risk. In more recent experience, Rimas has been involved with business development for projects ranging from Fin-tech, Health-tech, Ag-tech as well as Edu-tech.
Rimas currently resides in Costa Rica and has been there for over three years enjoying the sun and sand. He has two boys currently living back in Canada, hating the snow.
